Product information "Gadaric tunic canvas blue"

Our tunic "Gadaric" is the base for a great variety of medieval outfits. It is slightly bell-shaped from the hip downwards and slitted at the front and back. The generously cut sleeves allow great freedom of movement, for example when fighting.

As an undergarment, for example under a gambeson, it dissipates moisture from the body while staying breathable, similar to a modern undershirt. As an upper garment in combination with a belt from our range of products, it is almost an outfit on its own. When combined with a pair of trousers and a belt bag, you are ready dressed for a visit to the next medieval fair.

Gustav belt shield

Our belt shields can be painted in groups colours, insignia or heraldry to show the membership to a certain group. Made from 1,2 mm steel, we offer them in our favorite plate armour series now. Matching the "Gustav" series, this shield is not decorated, but meets the series' style with plain and undecorated beauty. It is worn on a belt by using the two loops on the top to hoist it through there. Naturally it can be worn as a tasset, when fastened on the upper thigh. This way you will have an additional plate armour piece. The belt shields, just like our arm shields, cry out to be painted, modded and to be combined with existing clothing. This is, where your creativity and immagination comes into place. Talking of creativity: We suggest to clean the shield with Acetone prior to painting it. Afterwards just sand it with a paper with 600 grid. Use some automobile colour primer as the colour-matching foundation. When the foundation is fully dried, you should sand it again and apply a second layer of colour. Now is the time, where you can paint your details, like heraldry, animals and writings with weatherproof acrylic paint. Raimund boot defect production

The sole of this boot is not nailed, but sewn! We recommend resoling it A pair of durable boots with three replicated buckles. Tough boots are a neccessity when going on events and having bad weather: there is little worse, than wet feet in pain. These boots were made along historical patterns and pictures: they are being closed with buckles on the dorsum of the foot and on your ankle. The heavy leather sole is nailed onto the top, so you can basically wear a historical replica boot. The thick upper leather repells rain and dirt as long as its greased thick enough.
