The armour jerkin "Brandon" is made of soft suede. With its narrow diamond shaped stichings and light lining, it is ideal to be worn under armour without limiting the mobility of the wearer. Franklin pants
Our "Franklin" pants are perfectly suited for pirates or seamen. These pants boast a straight cut and end just above the knees. Hamond puttee canvas
Puttees have been in use from the Iron Age until the medieval times. It was "reinvented" by the military and used as regular equipment for soldiers in World War I. and in the second World War. Be it Roman legionary or french soldier: this easy to put on leg dress warmes the calfs and protects from scratches and bruises. Our "Hamond" puttees are made from robust canvas fabric. With its 380 cm length, it can be used for wrapping up to the knee - even thicker calfs should get their share of warmth. Early medieval costumes, such as germanic tribesmen or Wikings, will find a good use when strolling through the woods in cold days - it keeps dry and warm and does not only function as an accessory. Joerg lansquenet trousers
This is a pair of bicoloured, slit trousers made along the fashion of the lansquenets from the 17th century. It is not certain, where this fashion originated from, but historians suggest, that lansquenets started cutting their clothing, for it was too tight for them to fight in it. This is, how this fashion came along with the famous mercenaries. The "Jörg" trousers are made from robust, high quality canvas material and cut along a very elaborate pattern. This allows an open movement while fighting in this costume. The waist holds a thick drawstring on the inside, which is used to tie the trousers tightly to the wearers body. The waistband is additionally closed with two brass buttons in antique finish. Further lacing along the legs lead to the typical buffy look of the lansquenets fashion. Ketill pants canvas
Attention: The upper seam on the hip is really wide. Do not wonder, but see the Rus pants cut as an authentic (and surprisingly: very comfortable) way of wearing them.These pants were made following the example set by the Rus-pants. A early viking pattern, that allows enormous movement. The pants are being tied on the waistband and just below the knee. Laertes vest suede
The suede vest "Laertes" has a stand-up collar and is closed with five robust leather straps. Simple cut, it is ideal for down-to-earth costumes. As protection against wind and light rain, it can be worn ideally as a middle layer, e.g. over a tunic and under a cloak. We recommend letting wet, dirty suede dry and then gently brushing it out.
