Mytholon Credit
€10.00
Product information
Our range is so diverse that it is often not easy to find exactly the right gift. What kind of sword should it be? A cloak with or without a hood or a short cape? Questions upon questions...
A voucher is often the best solution.
The credit code will be sent by e-mail.
If you would also like to receive the credit as a physical “voucher” by post, please send us an email to our Support Team with the following details:
Title: Credit by post
Content: Your order number
We will send you a traditional voucher by post to the delivery address specified in your order. You can fill in the ‘From:’ and ‘To:’ fields on the voucher as you wish.
The credit has no expiry date, can be redeemed partially and can be combined with our discount promotions such as the Easter Hunt or Black Week.
As well as in the online shop, it is valid in our stores in Hamburg and Cologne. Unfortunately, the credit cannot be redeemed at our events or our store in Leipzig.
If you’d like to redeem your credit now, simply enter the code in the ‘Value credit code’ field in your basket. The amount will be credited to your account straight away.
