The second edition of our popular foam weapons is made out of a new material. It is more tear-resistant than our old foam and absorbs the energy of every hit. Moreover, we updated the handle wraps so that you can wield your weapon with a good grip and accuracy even in a heated battle.The single-edged longsword "Yorveth" seems almost organic. The slightly inclined pommel and the curved crossguard, with their fantastic contours and unusual shapes, bring to mind the body of an insect or the scales of a dragon. "Yorveth" is the ideal foam weapon for characters from a nature-related culture such as elves or barbarians. Oriental-inspired characters may as well be equipped with this sword as an orc. As usual, the possibilities are endless. The "Magdalena" underdress is made from a light but very stabile cotton fabric and a real allrounder. It can be worn in many different settings, be it wasteland, western or medieval/fantasy. You can wear it as a nightgown, a simple light dress for warm days, or as an underdress with different outer garments, depending on the weather. "Magdalena" is wide cut and tapered with a lacing. the short sleeves are decorated with some tucks and grant you enjoyable mobility. Who does not know "Oetzi", the world famous stone-age hunter? He was wearing the oldest known wearer of the "seperate-hose" or chausses. They are considered to be the predecessor of the pants, but this is only partially right. Modern historians see both leg dresses in a coexistence for a long time, but in different cultural areas. The medieval ages in Europe saw the seperate-hose as the most dominant leg wear. It was attached to the breeches with laces - the second part of the "hose" and not more than an underwear for men. In late medieval times it was directly tied to the jerkin. The "seperate-hose" was worn in various cuts and colours and made from various materials - and it was worn by all classes. One of the first pieces of clothing to be "hip" in a certain period. It is advised to wear linen seperate-hoses on warmer days. The smooth linen fabric cools the wearers skin very pleasant. The cotton percentage absorbs moisture by leading it away from the body and drying in the breeze. We offer the matching breeches to the seperate-hose, of course.
