Product information "Eyjolf garment needle bone"

"Eyjolf" is a garment needle as found in Haithabu. Such dragon head ornaments were very common in the entire Viking area between 800 and 1100 AD. The garment needle "Eyjolf" is made of bone, hand carved and finely polished. It can, similar to a fibular used to seal cloaks and robes but also as hairpins. Not only at LARPs and historical events, it is a great accessory for those who like nordic jewelry and lifestyle.
