Product information "Bernardo / Sicuro crossbow replacement string"

A replacement string fitting for the "Bernardo" & "Sicuro" crossbows from our program (not suitable for the "Bernardo" double & pistol crossbow). To put it on, simply hang it in on one side and carefully pull back both ends of the bow until you can hang in the other loop. With a little practice this can be done on your own, to start with, just ask another person to help. Like the crossbows, the replacement string is handcrafted in the Fucina del Drago factory in Italy and is a testament to masterful craftsmanship.

Bernardo double crossbow

The "Bernardo" double crossbow is made in a small manufactury in Italy and impresses with its careful workmanship and reliable release mechanism. The shaft is made of sturdy wood, limbs and stirrups, as well as the trigger are made of burnished steel. The safeties engage automatically when reloading and can be released by pressing the levers. "Bernardo" can be dismantled for transport. To do this, the safety pin on the front has to be removed; the stirrups and limbs can then be removed. The crossbow has a draw strength of about 30 pounds.
