The second edition of our popular Anselm chef's knife. With the new version of this classic, we placed a strong emphasis on its usability as a kitchen knife. The well-known Anselm design with the wooden handle and the file-like blade has been retained. Please do not clean the knife in the dishwasher and only store it in a dry condition. We recommend regular maintenance with a bit of cooking oil, which benefits the handle and protects the blade from rust spots.
