All our products from the "Gustav" series combine simple design and functionality at a great price performance ratio. This series of low cost plate armour gives you the opportunity to arm yourself without spending lots of money. Its design suits many different character concepts and therefore you will be able to use it over and over again for many years. It is also great for medieval fairs and historic events.
The torsoplate is composed of three inflexible pieces. The middle part with its sloping edges and the rivet decoration makes for a nice eye catcher. It is closed crosswisely with two leather straps on the back and is therefore quite variable in its size.

Leather is a very versatile material with lots of different properties. Shoes, accessories and armour can last, if maintained propperly, for many years. The "Gold Qualities" leather greases effectiveness is defined by its high percentage of bees wax - this is another reason for it cleaning your leather so good. It penetrates depply into the leather and seals it from dirt and moisture. Rub it gently into the leather by using a soft brush or cloth. After a short residence time the excessive grease is brushed off - appling too much grease will result in a saturation; the superfluent grease can be wiped off. Your leather product will let you know when you apply too much: we suggest to apply less grease, but more often. Not only leather can be taken care off with this grease, we suggest to clean steel armours light rust or polish drinking horns with it. Wooden articles profit from its bees wax ingredients as well. Additionally we put a lot of emphasis on flexible sizes so that they can "grow" a little bit with the young wearers. The greaves are made of soft split leather and decorated with rivets. The torso armour "Markward" is a classic cuirass and consists of a chest- and a back plate. The two parts are connected with sturdy leather straps and roll buckles. You can also adjust the size of the torso armour individually. The torso armour does not have its own suspension for spaulders. An additional gorget must be used for such an extension. With its curved lines and the decorative rivets, this cuirass is ideal for building an armor with a well-wealthy character without becoming ' ostentatious '. It is well suited for knights and officers, but also for successful adventurers and wealthy mercenaries. The "Hilde" brooch is made of bronze and features a simple, functional design. It is ideal for fastening arm and leg wraps or closing lighter fabrics. This helmet is built along the historical bouronet from the early 16th century. The head is well protected inside a round scull cap with a high riser in the centre of the spine. The face is covered by the small brim in the front and the two cheek flaps on the sides.
