All individuals aged 13 or older who reside in the U.S., the EU, the U.K., or Switzerland are eligible to participate. Participation also requires completing certain actions on the respective social media channels, as specified in the relevant post. If a particular contest has a different age requirement or residency restriction, the details specified in the relevant post shall apply.

The winners will be selected on the date specified in the post. The winners’ public profiles will be linked publicly in the post, and they will then be asked to contact us via email. If the winner does not respond within 3 days of the announcement or provides an address to which delivery is not possible, the right to the prize will be forfeited. Mytholon reserves the right to select an alternate winner. The alternate winner must also respond within 3 days of the announcement.

Mytholon is not liable for any material defects or defects of title in the prize. Upon notification of the prize and delivery of the prize, Mytholon is released from all obligations and liability. The prize will be sent by mail or parcel delivery.

Mytholon reserves the right to disqualify participants from the contest for good cause, particularly in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions of participation and/or suspected manipulation.

Cash payment of the prize is not permitted, nor is participation through gambling clubs or automated services. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. Voucher codes awarded in the drawing are valid only for purchases up to a maximum value of 1,000 euros and only for Mytholon products; they do not apply to third-party items from other manufacturers.

Mytholon reserves the right to suspend or terminate the contest early at any time without prior notice, as well as to amend the terms and conditions of participation. Mytholon is entitled to do so in particular if the proper conduct of the contest can no longer be guaranteed for technical, legal, or economic reasons and/or no longer appears reasonable.

This contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse regarding the conduct of the contest, the selection of winners, and the awarding of prizes is excluded.
