I nostri spallacci "Seraphim" sono un pezzo speciale fini a se stessi: il design è volutamente non storico, ma fantastico. Sono resi molto opulenti e sottolineano l'aspetto del mettersi in "mostra" e di essere impressionanti. La sezione superiore, che comprende uno dei tre spezza-spada, è fissato al corpo di chi lo indossa con un unico cinturino in pelle. I due spezza-spada successivi sono montati su un'altra parte flessibile e forniscono una certa mobilità, nonostante la dimensione degli spallacci. La fibbia sulla parte superiore degli spallacci viene utilizzata per attaccarli a tutte le nostre gorgiere ed alle corazze di piastra. Il teniere è in legno massello, flettenti, staffa, sicura e grilletto sono in acciaio con finitura brunita. La sicura blocca il grilletto deve essere inserita prima di armare per evitare uno sparo accidentale. La balestra “Bernardo" può essere facilmente smontata per il trasporto. Per fare ciò è necessario rimuovere il perno di sicurezza sul frontale; la staffa e l’arco possono quindi essere rimossi. La balestra ha una forza di trazione di circa 30 libbre. The crossbow Bernardo is manufactured in a small workshop in Italy and convinces by careful workmanship and a reliable release mechanism. The shaft is made of robust wood, the bow and stirrup, as well as the trigger, are made of burnished steel. The safety pin above the release lever is easy to reach. This allows the crossbow to be quickly unlocked before each shot and secured again for reloading. Bernardo can be dismantled for transport. The cotter pin at the front must be removed, stirrup and bow can then be removed. Two bolt clamps are included in the delivery for bolts with different shaft thicknesses. These hold the bolts on the crossbow firmly and provide the necessary distance to the tendon. The bolt clamps can easily be changed with a screw. For our Bernardo bolts we recommend the bolt clamp for narrower bolts. These can be brought to the desired pressure strength by carefully bending them open. The bolt should always rest firmly over the entire length of the guide groove. The crossbow has a strength of about 30 pounds. Please always use them responsibly within the rules of your event. We recommend that you always load them in a secure condition and pay attention to your fingertips when shooting. The split for securing the stirrup as well as the string are available as spare parts from us. The limbs and stirrup can be reordered from the manufacturer if required.
