The Thorsberg pants were named after the place where they were found, the Thorsberg moor. Their cut is considered to be the basic pattern of early medieval men's legwear in Europe and was still to be found in a similar form centuries later. It has a comfortable cut and offers plenty of freedom of movement. Based on the historical cut, it has neither a fly nor a drawstring or button. It is worn with a belt or rope and has firmly sewn belt loops.

These trousers are ideal for Nordic and early medieval roles. But many other costume ideas can also be realized with these simple but comfortable trousers.
