Pre-Orders for Events
On request, we non-bindingly offer to take certain items to an event for you and reserve them for you there. We offer this service free of charge, but we need the following information from you at least 14 days before the event begins. Please let us know of any last-minute cancellations by emailing order@mytholon.events so that we can sell the reserved goods.
Please note that we will not be able to process your enquiry if you do not provide us with the following information: Name & location of the event, your first and last name, item name, colour, material, size/variant and quantity. Please always enter "Pre-order for (name of event)" in the subject line.
The prices of the online shop cannot be guaranteed for event pre-orders.
Only currently available items can be pre-ordered for events.
