Our stage fighting swords are made of
spring steel with the common safety features for display weapons.
With a 2 mm wide striking edge and rounded tip, they are not only a
fancy decoration, but can also be used to display a controlled fight.
Any impact marks on the blade are due to the manufacturer's quality
control. They are unavoidable to test the blade for breaking strength
before delivery.
The "Oswald" sword was designed along historical patterns from the 13th century. It was made with a wheel-like pommel and a straight crossguard. The grip is flanked by two wooden parts which are riveted to the tang. A typical knights sword, as it was used for centuries in Europe.
