Doran ring belt

European belt buckles have been dated back to the Roman Empire. Prior to the buckle the roman and germanic people used a ring, made from various materials. This shape of buckle was used until the medieval period. The "Doran" series' ring belt copies this shape of buckle. The belt is made from split leather and grades almost every costume up, as the characteristic medieval knot shows the wearer linked to this period. The belt is tightened by pulling the strap through the ring a little more, than needed and securing it right behind it. The upper end is pulled through the loop then and lead to to the bottom - simple as it sounds: this is it! The knot is tightened and stays in place now. We advice to use leather fat on a regulat basis for the caretaking of split leather. Our "Gold Quality" leather fat will certainly be the best choice. The second edition of our popular foam weapons is made out of a new material. It is more tear-resistant than our old foam and absorbs the energy of every hit. Moreover, we updated the handle wraps so that you can wield your weapon with a good grip and accuracy even in a heated battle.The "Severian" sword from the Battle-Standard series is designed as a classical fighters sword from medieval times. With its straight and long guard and the wide blade, it fits many characters. "Battle Standard" foam weapons are made without latex, and are therefore not subject to "latex cancer". Still, it is recommended to care for them with silicone oil to increase the durability of the protective coating.Material: Foam, grp, leatherLength: 102 cmPlease note: Battle Standard products may have a hole on the flat of the blade near the point.
