What are the deadlines?

You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods. Within this period, the revocation must be received by us in writing (eMail, letter, revocation form) or registered on the return portal.
You then have 14 days to return the parcel to the post office.

How to get the return label?

Please register your return in our return portal to receive a (fee based) return label.
To log in you'll need:
• your postal code (shipping address)
• your order number (6 digits, no letters)
There is a charge for using the return label! The return costs are displayed in the portal and the amount is conveniently offset against your refund..

We do not offer exchanges. We will be happy to refund the returned items via the original payment method.

ATTENTION! For NON-EU customers: Orders shipped outside the EU (Australia, Switzerland, Great Britain...) are not eligible for refund or exchange. Returns are not possible if the item does not fit or if you change your mind. We appreciate your understanding.

Something is wrong with your order?

If there is a special case or damage to the product, please send us an email to support@mytholon.com.
Your email should contain the following information:
• Your order number
• Pictures of the damage/error
• Your return request: replacement delivery or refund?
In this case, shipping is of course free of charge and we will be happy to provide you with a replacement!

How about purchases at stores or events?

If you have purchased your items in one of our local stores or at an event, the items cannot be returned.
If your purchase has a functional defect, nevertheless, please contact us at support@mytholon.com
Bitte sendet uns dazu:
• proof of purchase
• detailed photos of the damage

How long does the return process take?

As soon as we receive your return, it will be subjected to a quality check by the returns department.
Please note that we can only fully refund unused, unwashed goods. In case of soiling or signs of use (scratches, mud, animal hair, etc.) we reserve the right to retain 30% of the value of the goods, but at least 10€.
The processing time for returns is usually 10-14 working days after receipt of the goods.
